The beaches of Formentera are among the most appreciated in the Mediterranean, having been awarded several times as the best beaches in Europe.
For example, in 2023 Formentera was chosen as the best beach destination in Spain by National Geographic Viajes Spain, and in 2016 Illetes Beach was chosen as the best beach in Europe in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Beaches awards.
But there are more beaches in Formentera besides Illetes, so we have created a dynamic map where you can easily find them all.
