In 2023 was established a limit of 10,458 motor vehicles that can access Formentera during the high season. This measure represents a 16% reduction compared to 2022, with the purpose of preserving environmental sustainability and quality of life on the island. The motor vehicle limit in Formentera has been reduced to ensure less pressure on the island’s natural environment and to improve the experience for residents and visitors.
